Have you ever wanted to learn how to Tie Dye?

Well now you can at our Introduction to Tie Dye workshop in this workshop you will learn basic tye die shills using premade dyes, tote bags and items of clothing.

did you know about Re Threads ?  Re threads is a FREE City of Hobart Youth ARC program, Youth Art and rec center have set up a creative corner with a range of second-hand clothing available to young people that are interested in making unique and personal garments during open access hours.

Youth ARC has a dedicated art studio accessible to all 12 - 25 year olds and open 3pm-6pm Tuesday to Friday , which is perfect for textile-based projects. Youth ARC provides all the materials and equipment needed to create a unique garment, including sewing machines, fabrics, paints and other textile resources. Our friendly and experienced staff will be on hand to support and guide participants throughout the workshops, ensuring that everyone feels confident and comfortable throughout the process.

Our workshops at YouthARC have limited spots and can be quite popular. To minimise the number of people missing out, please be mindful of others and only book the number of tickets you need. If you have booked a ticket and can no longer attend, please cancel your booking or contact us on 0429 859 877, so we can offer your spot to someone else on the waitlist.
