Event description

Tier 1 Cohort Series: Shared Values System is a three part workshop series supporting organizational teams to develop, teach, and reinforce agency values. Participants have an opportunity to share their progress and experience during an optional session following the series. These sessions are interactive with the expectation of participants to have video and audio capabilities for full engagement. 

Series dates: Feb 22, Mar 25, and June 27, 2024 from 1:00-3:00pm.

During the cohort participants will learn how to develop shared values with buy-in from stakeholders, create environmental values matrices, identify how to teach and reinforce shared values, as well as implement values data tracking and recognition systems.
