Tikkun Leil Shavuot: Up the Mountain, Into the World – A Program for Young Adults

Young adults are invited to join us for a contemporary take on the ancient tradition of all-night learning, proudly presented by Emanuel Synagogue in collaboration with Tamar Sydney, Habonim Dror, Netzer Sydney, Ayelet Hashachar and Moishe House.

The evening will kick off with a musical service and an engrossing panel discussion, followed by a speaker series, where you can choose from a range of top-notch speakers unafraid to get into spicy topics. Expect a lovely vegetarian dinner and lots of cheesecake breaks, all lovingly prepared by Nora's Kitchen—but bring your own funky cheesecake (extra points if its vegan) to show off.

If the evening sessions have whet your appetite, stick around after midnight, for a deeper dive into our sacred texts and continue your learning into the wee hours of the night.

This program is designed with young Jews under 30 in mind.
