Tim Rogers remarkable resume encompasses the world of Music, Film, Television and Stage - an iconic Australian musician, actor, and writer, best known as the charismatic frontman of rock band You Am I. With landmark albums like Hi Fi Way, Hourly, Daily, and #4 Record, the band dominated the ARIA Albums Chart throughout the 1990s and shaped a generation of Australian rock.
In 1999, Rogers launched a celebrated solo career with the folk-influenced What Rhymes With Cars and Girls, recorded with The Twin Set. His solo catalogue has grown to include Spit Polish, Ghost Songs, and The Luxury of Hysteria. In 2023, he reunited with The Twin Set for Tines of Stars Unfurled, a moving sequel to his debut.

Milly Strange is a rising force in Melbourne’s alt-country scene, known for her raw, grief-fueled songwriting and haunting performances, delivering a stirring fusion of folk storytelling with the grit of alt-rock and grunge, crafting a sound that is both intimate and raw. Drawing inspiration from PJ Harvey, Angel Olsen, Ora Cogan, Cat Power, Adrianne Lenker and Sharon Van Etten, Milly’s music thrives on contrasts - light and dark, past and present, beauty and unease
Having already carved out a place in Melbourne’s underground, Milly has performed alongside artists like The Slingers, Peter Bibby, Caitlin Harnett & the Pony Boys, and Queenie, as well as selling out headline shows of her own and is playing Town Folk Festival this November alongside Sharon Van Etten. With a debut album due August 2025, she’s also set to tour nationally with Folk Bitch Trio and play album. launch shows in Sydney and Melbourne, before joining Tim Rogers for two special regional shows in duo mode.
