Event description
A conversation about experiencing time and urgency while adapting to change and loss.
We are all in a state of flux: Covid, climate change, political volatility, and shifts in culture and society see many of us experiencing change and perhaps even grieving the loss of things that were once central to our lives.
How do we experience time during this upheaval? Is life filled with urgency or a feeling of being stuck? Do we have enough time to attend to what is important or do we feel as if time drags on?
Join facilitator Meredith Lewis for a sense-making conversation to explore how you are personally experiencing time during this moment of upheaval and grief. Based on her research and writing about the process of grieving and adapting to change, Meredith will supply creative and reflective prompts for an enriching conversation.
