Don’t miss this fun night out with friends and family!

This is an Over 18 / Adults-only event (this event is not for students or children)

A great opportunity to get to know other parents from your year group/s, staff and alumni

Bring your friends and test their trivia knowledge

This year’s theme is “Winter Wonderland” – a night of frosty elegance and wintery cheer! 

Tables will be pre-decorated... just decorate yourself! Prizes for the 'coolest' Winter Wonderland outfits!

Get ready to be swept into a magical evening filled with sparkling lights, snowy touches, and warm community spirit. It’s all about coming together, having fun, and supporting a great cause. Join us as we help the Tintern Parent Group (TPG) fundraise for the benefit of Tintern students and the wider school community.

This year, we are raising funds for vital wellbeing programs for students and families focused on Mental Health and Online Safety. Our goal is to raise at least $6,000 to support these crucial initiatives.

The evening will include:

• Interactive games and exciting prizes

• Silent Auction hosted by the TPG

• Multiple rounds of Trivia questions in a range of categories, hosted by our very own Adam Kenny

• Lots of laughs

When:

Saturday 2 August 2025 at 7.00 pm
(Doors Open at 6.30pm)

Where:

CM Wood Performance Centre, Tintern Grammar
Enter via Gate 7 - Bush Car Park Alexandra Rd, Ringwood East VIC 3135

Tickets:

• $20 per person

• Please specify with whom would like to be seated when making your booking, noting table size is 5-12 people

• Add some game tokens to your ticket order. It will save you from lining up on the night

Food:

Enhance your Winter Wonderland experience with one of our delicious pre-order charcuterie boards.

• There are sweet or savoury options—perfect for any palate. Simply make your selection and add it to your ticket order online

• Charcuterie boards can be tailored to suit any dietary requests. Please contact us via email parentgroup@tintern.vic.edu.au to arrange. Such requests must be made 26 July 2025

• If you’d rather bring your own food, please do so

• Tea and coffee will be provided. BYO other drinks

• In support of Tintern’s focus on sustainability, we kindly suggest you bring re-usable plates and cups to reduce the amount of landfill that is generated from this event

On the night:

• This is a cashless event. You will be able to purchase game tokens using Eftpos on the night

Responsible drinking of alcohol:

• If choosing to drink alcohol on the night, please drink responsibly. For the safety of you and others, please do not drink and drive

• Have a great time!
