TiPS -Adaptation, Adaptability and Creating the Environment of Change

In this session, we’ll explore adaptation as an active process that supports individuals to thrive as they contribute to their environment and social organisation. We will delve into why adaptation requires a dynamic, changing, environment, positioning it, as Montessori proposed, as the foundation for our adolescent programs. We’ll cover some practical strategies to encourage positive change and adaptive growth, build resilience and collaboration, and make adaptability a central part of Work and Study.
