TiPS - Unlocking Potential: Guiding Assistants in Montessori Classrooms

The role of the assistant is vital in an Elementary/Primary classroom.

It means that to work in tandem with an assistant who can support the environment, the assistant must be prepared to enter a journey of reflection and embark on a psychological and intellectual transformation.

This talk will aim at examining the role of the assistant and in what way the guide and the administration can aid in the process of this transformation of the assistant.
