Bridging the gap between thinking about meditating and practising regularly

Has TM become something you think about doing more than something you are actually doing?

Perhaps your practice has gradually dropped away, become irregular, or been crowded out by a busy life or a change in routine. You may still value TM and intend to return to it—but somehow the right time never seems to come.

Or perhaps you are meditating, but would like to rediscover greater ease, confidence and deep rest in your practice.

The final TM Reset Studio for 2026 offers a gentle, supportive and non-judgemental way to reconnect with the effortless nature of TM, refresh your understanding and rebuild a regular rhythm that works within your life.

With the 90-Day Momentum Circle, the support continues beyond the afternoon—helping you turn renewed intention into a sustainable daily practice and carry that momentum into 2027.
