Midvale Hub Parenting Service is funded by the Department of Communities to support parents and carers living in the local government areas of Mundaring, Swan, Bassendean and Bayswater.

All parents and caregivers are welcome, we value diversity and inclusion from all cultural backgrounds, family types, and abilities.

A staff member will text 2 weeks before the session to confirm your attendance.

Because most of our workshops and programs usually have a waitlist, If we don’t receive a reply, we’ll refund your ticket so another family on the waitlist can attend.

Together Time: Breathe, Play & Connect

Enjoy a parent-child yoga experience featuring breathing and mindfulness activities that promote relaxation, emotional wellbeing, and meaningful time together.

Following the yoga session, families can enjoy a range of play-based activities that encourage connection, exploration, and opportunities to create lasting memories together.

*This workshop is designed for parent/carer and their young person's 6 to 12 years to participate together.
