Join us for the first in our collaborative conversations and events that seeks to bring Group Training Organisations across Australia together to understand the opportunities and challenges for equity in trade apprenticeships and the role that GTO's have to make change for good.
This 90-minute interactive session brings together industry professionals, educators, and advocates to examine the current state of gender equity in trades and identify pathways forward.
What to Expect: Through facilitated dialogue, live polling, and small group discussions, we'll explore what gender equity looks like in today's trades landscape. You'll engage with current data on women's representation and advancement while sharing your own experiences and insights. Together, we'll identify the barriers and system dynamics that continue to impact equity outcomes.
