Together, Yes - support for hosts
Event description
This event is a chance for hosts of Together, Yes sessions to support each other. Depending on those attending, we can share what has been working in our Kitchen Table Conversations (KTC) and problem solve together any issues that have emerged. If hosts haven't yet started, we can unpack the guidelines provided by Together, Yes and discuss how these are put into practice. We will use the KTC methodology so everyone is heard and feels comfortable. Attendees need not have attended any of the previous sessions held on this topic.
The session will be led by one of our members who has conducted several rounds of KTCs over the last ten years and who will be running Together, Yes sessions. She is a firm believer in the power of this methodology to create community, provide safe spaces for discussion of tricky issues and simply provide a very enjoyable and worthwhile experience for those attending.
One more session will be conducted for hosts to debrief, gain support and share what we have learnt in the process.
