Description
Together2 and Ageing for Better present
Intergenerational Program: Building Connection Between Generations
Join us for a joyful intergenerational program designed to build confidence, playfulness, and meaningful connection across generations!
This FREE program is open to seniors only, and places are strictly limited. Attendance at all four sessions is required.
About the Program
This intergenerational initiative brings together high school students and older adults to take part in shared activities, conversation, and movement. Participants will explore the value of intergenerational connection and learn from one another’s experiences.
One of the four sessions will feature the Intergenerational Fit for Fun Circuit, an inclusive movement circuit designed to support functional strength, balance, confidence, and social engagement.
Activities are gentle, adaptable, and suitable for beginners. The focus is on shared experience rather than performance, encouraging everyone to enjoy moving together.
