Join us for the community session of Together2’s Strategic Planning Forum, where your voice helps shape the future of NDIS, Aged Care, and Community Services in the Inner West.

This afternoon session is open to all community members and will include:
A presentation of priorities developed during Day 1 and morning sessions
Opportunities to provide feedback and share lived experience
Informal networking with Together2 staff and partners
Your input is vital as we work together to build a stronger, more inclusive community.

🕐 12:45 PM – 3:00 PM: Presentation & Community Feedback
☕ 3:00 PM – 3:15 PM: Break
🤝 3:15 PM – 5:00 PM: Optional Networking & Final Feedback
