Are you a young person living with a disability and thinking about your next steps after school? Come along to our Open Day and discover how Together2 can support you on your journey to independence and meaningful work!

Meet our friendly SLES (School Leaver Employment Supports) and ZigZag Day Program teams
Learn how our programs are part of real community projects—like our Good in the Hood food relief initiative
Explore fun, hands-on activities designed around your interests and goals
Enjoy a relaxed morning tea in our community garden and connect with others 😊
