Come along to the opening of toi-Rotorua Arts Festival 24 and celebrate another round of fabulous work from our talented artists in the toi-BOP Artists Exhibition. Guest speaker will be widely know and well loved New Zealand artist, Dick Frizzell who will also judge the best in Wall Hanging and best Free standing works. The Peoples Choice award is up to you and will be announced at the closing of toi 24.
