Tom Harrington & Paige Barnard - Wesburn (secret garden location)
Event description
It's about time. Off the back of an enormous few months supporting Boy and Bear, The Dreggs, Steph Strings and Morgan Evans, Tom is finally releasing new music! To celebrate the long awaited release of 'WHEN TIME IS ON OUR SIDE', he's heading down the East Coast on just his second headline tour, sharing the stories behind the music and showcasing some of Australia's best up and coming artists as his supports.
He's doing things a little differently with this one, with majority of shows being played in the beautiful backyards of friends he's made along the way. These shows still bring the same professional audio and lighting, with some special touches in the decoration department.
So please come along and enjoy these beautiful chilled out nights with old and new friends under the stars. You bring your friends, bring your platter and wine and he'll do the rest. Please note: these shows have a solid no dickhead policy, please be respectful of the venue that have generously offered their space and guests must leave the premises' before 10:30pm.
Special Guest:Â
Paige Barnard: Warburton local (now Brisbane/Meanjin based) songwriter Paige Barnard brings heart wrenching honesty and bold piano pop to audiences through unmistakable presence and vocal passion. Likened to the reverential and timeless songwriting voices of Adele and Fleetwood Mac, Paige continues to explore storytelling avenues and capture moments for audiences with the authenticity of Missy Higgins and sincerity of Carole King. Paige won the prestigious Darebin Songwriters Award in 2020, drawing praise from industry staples Emma Donovan and Jess Ribeiro. In 2021 Paige was a grand finalist in the ListenUp songwriting prize held in Sydney.
