Ready to anchor your nervous system and step into your deepest truth? Join us on Tuesday, September 29th for the powerful kickoff of our Tone, Tune & Tend workshop series. As the cosmic energy shifts with the grounding Capricorn Moon and the deep, intuitive waves of Mercury entering Scorpio, we are being called to clear out stuck emotional weight and build a rock-solid internal foundation. In this immersive 1.5-hour online group experience, you will be safely guided through:

• Tone: Expressive vocal toning to release internal pressure and activate your throat and sacral chakras.

• Tune: Somatic movement, shaking medicine, and targeted acupressure to tune into your body’s unique rhythm.

• Tend: A deeply restorative 30-minute crystal bowl and gong sound bath to tend to your spirit and seal your energetic boundaries.

No prior experience with breathwork or sound healing is required. Come as you are, lay down your burdens, and leave feeling entirely anchored, clear, and spacious.

The exercises taught in the group will help you manage your stress by grounding you, reconnecting you to your body, and building somatic skills for self-soothing and regulation. Learn to soothe your nervous system.

This group setting offers a healing, supportive environment that helps you cleanse your energy, release emotional blockages, and create a personalized self-care plan.
