Pay What You Can

Tonality, the two-time GRAMMY® Award-winning choral ensemble, presents an evening of music, remembrance, and conversation at the historic Ebell of Los Angeles.

At the center of the evening is Running From, Running To, a choral reflection on the life of Ahmaud Arbery, composed by Tonality founder Dr. Alexander Lloyd Blake and co-written with Ogi. Drawn from Tonality’s album Songs of Remembering, the work confronts injustice, holds space for grief, and explores how a community carries a story forward through song.

Guest artists include Angel Blue, Jamal Moore, Ogi, and Wild Up. The Tonality Scholars—high school singers participating in Tonality’s education program—will join the ensemble for two movements of the work.

The concert will be followed by a talkback with Dr. Alexander Lloyd Blake and guest artists.
