On Tuesday, November 3rd, we step into Week 6 of our journey under a highly charged, passionate sky. With the Moon commanding the dramatic, expressive sign of Leo, it locks into a fiery friction square with the Sun and Mercury Retrograde in Scorpio.

This particular cosmic grid is designed to ruffle our feathers—forcing a confrontation between the masks we wear to stay safe (Scorpio) and our deep, innate desire to shine brilliantly and creatively (Leo).

This 90-minute online group workshop is a sacred permission slip to shed the heavy armor of perfectionism, melt the physical blocks in your upper chest, and stoke your inner creative furnace before the winter stillness takes over.Our Three-Pillar Journey:

• 🌿 TONE: High-resonance vocal practices and expansion-focused breathwork designed to open the heart space, release the jaw, and claim your physical right to take up space.

• 🔄 TUNE: Dynamic, fluid upper-body somatic movement to unpack stored tension in the chest and shoulders, paired with EFT Tapping, targeted self-acupressure, and a sweeping Distance Reiki transmission to clear old inner-child conditioning and creative blocks.

• 🌌 TEND: An empowering Somatic Hypnosis journey to reprogram subconscious fears of visibility, dissolving into a highly resonant, deeply nourishing heart and solar plexus sound bath.

The exercises taught in the group will help you manage your stress by grounding you, reconnecting you to your body, and building somatic skills for self-soothing and regulation. Learn to soothe your nervous system.
