Event description

The workshop will provide an overview of the importance of whole of catchment planning in the Avon River Basin and the benefits for individual landholders

The concepts covered include how to utilise rainfall on property to improve soil health, plant growth and water quality in waterways; as well as how landscape rehydration activities help increase fresh water availability in a system affected by salinity

Come along and hear how we can work together to achieve these goals.

All attendees will access to tools and a qualified hydrologist to help understand water movement on their property.

Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
