Alcohol
The rodeo arena is a fully licensed venue so no BYO. You’re more than welcome to have a few quiet ones at your campsite, but please, for everyone’s safety, no glass in the campgrounds.
Acceptable Behaviour
This is a family friendly event. It’s for the enjoyment of everyone. Put simply, if you can’t handle your booze and you’re behaving like a yobo, you will be escorted from the grounds – either by security or the police.
The camp area (Camp Passes sold separately.) is not a place for burnouts, aggressive behaviour, 4am music blaring or helping yourself to things that aren’t yours. If you can’t follow the rules, don’t buy a ticket.

Pets
For the safety of everybody concerned, no pets (other than trained service animals) are to be bought onto the campsite. We appreciate they’re a part of your family, but our livestock is part of ours and unfortunately, due to past experiences, we have to say no to all other animals. That includes sweet little Fido who never leaves your side – he’ll need to find another home for the weekend.
EFTPOS
EFTPOS facilities are available at the bar and for some of the food vans, market stalls etc. However, we suggest you bring cash with you as well as the machines can sometimes drop out.
Competitors/Rodeo Entries
We’ll post the details for rodeo entries closer to the date.
Rodeo competitors get free entry +1 to the rodeo.
Rodeo competitors get free camping in the competitors camping area.
