  • Vulnerabilities and risk factors faced by migrant and refugee women
  • Comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments for migrant and refugee survivors of intimate partner or domestic violence
  • Cultural, linguistic and religious factors, barriers and challenges associated with IPV

With over 15 years of experience in policy, research, and social work, Jatinder founded JK Diversity Consultants in 2011 to bridge the gap between multicultural communities and mainstream systems. Specialising in CALD communities, the consultancy delivers policy advice, advocacy, research, evaluation, training, and psycho-social assessments for government, NGOs, businesses, and community groups. Jatinder is deeply committed to amplifying underrepresented voices and addressing the systemic gaps impacting migrant and refugee communities.
