Making STEM More Accessible Toolkit Tuesday with actual hand tools! We will look at simple hand tools and materials to support accessible STEM learning. For this session, we recommend participants have one box of jumbo metal paper clips (not plastic coated) on hand as this will be geared for a hands-on activity. Kenneth Hawthorn will take us through all of the hands-on accessible STEM learning that can be done with very simple tools and materials.
Kenneth Hawthorn is a STEM educator with deep experience building Makerspaces in schools. His blog MakerAwaker is free and has over 100 different STEM lessons and projects covered.Â
