Tools for Tough Seasons - Kangaroo Island
Event description
Navigating the challenges for business and people.
Join us for a one-day workshop designed to equip women connected to farming (in both key and support roles) with practical tools and strategies needed to navigate tough seasons. This workshop will explore the impact of current seasonal conditions, provide practical decision-making frameworks, and offer insights on managing stress in business.
With a focus on creating individual action plans, participants will leave with tailored strategies to address what they can control, covering enterprise, business, supporting yourself and others. Complementing the more technical workshops being offered, it is an opportunity to connect with others, bring information together and formulate a plan to move forward, for the business and the people in your business.
Cost: This is a complimentary event and incudes morning tea and lunch.
The full cost of this event is $500. The fee has been subsidised thanks to the generous support from WoTL and the event sponsors.Â
