Description

This Micro-credentialing project is proudly funded and supported by the Queensland Government

The Compliant Complaints micro training is designed to help NDIS providers self-assess their systems against standards and requirements and identify any gaps that may remain.

This free face to face micro-course is being hosted locally in collaboration with CheckUP's NDIS Connect Program and the Paul Myatt Community Centre.

What you will learn:

  • Complaints vs feedback (and other shades of grey)

  • Common complaint categories

  • Key regulators and regulations overseeing NDIS providers

  • Complaint necessities signalled in Codes, Standards and Rules

  • The five requirement themes

  • Assessing your evidence gaps and options to address them

  • What can be learned from your mistakes – and the data of others

The hands-on session is packed with tools for you to use during the session and to takeaway including:

  • Compliant Complaints Self-Assessment Workbook

  • 60+ links to other templates, checklists, and guides captured in your HELPr action plan

Every person successfully completing the micro-course will receive a Micro-Credential in Compliant Complaint Systems

All those registered will also enjoy free online access to all content until October 31.

No previous quality or systems experience is needed.

This micro course is part of a Readiness Series which looks at essential topics for NDIS services when achieving or maintaining NDIS registration standards.
