Toowoomba’s Endless Edit - Sunday 25th OCTOBER, 2026

Join us at Toowoomba’s Endless Edit preloved clothing market to sell your quality preloved pieces including clothing (Women’s, Men’s and Children’s), shoes and accessories. An easy opportunity to make some money and give your items a new home! You may even find yourself something new to add to your wardrobe!

The indoor venue has change rooms, a coffee van onsite and free car parking to ensure everyone has a great experience!

DETAILS - COST: 

Stallholder ticket $70 + booking fee 

- 3m x 3m stall space

- You are more than welcome to split a stall and share with a friend (Strictly maximum 2 people per stall). 

SMALL Stallholder ticket $50 + booking fee

- 1.5m x 1.5m stall space

- Price includes 1x 1.3-1.9m extendable black rack. 150kg weight capacity (Fits approx 50 hanging items)

DETAILS - WHAT’S INCLUDED: 

Ticket price includes: 

• Stall space – either 3mx3m or 1.5mx1.5m

• Public Liability Insurance 

• Printable signage and pricing posters for your stall  

RACKING AND TABLES NOT INCLUDED in 3m x 3m stall but available for hire: 

• Racking: $15 each – large heavy-duty racks, 150kg weight limit. Extendable length 1.3m-1.9m. Will be set up before your arrival. MAX hire two per space. ONLY 33 available for hire. **Please reach out if you were unable to hire a rack for this event via details below!** 

•  Tables: $10 each – tables. Approx. 1.8m in length. Will be set up before your arrival. Recommend one per space unless stall holder is only wishing to use tables and no clothing racks then MAX two tables per stall space. ONLY 15 available for hire.  

DETAILS - SELLING AT OUR MARKETS: 

Stall holder information: 

• Every standard stall is approx. 3mx3m

  • You are more than welcome to split a stall and share with a friend (Strictly maximum 2 people per stall)

  • Decorate your stall as you please within the designated 3mx3m space 

  • BYO racking and/or tables as long as it fits in your space whilst still allowing room for shoppers to browse. If you are unsure what you can bring then feel free to get in contact with us as per details below.

  • Racking and Tables available for hire - limited numbers as per above.

  • BYO chair or additional chairs available to borrow for the day. Please ensure to sit within your stall space. Additional seating is provided around the venue.

• Small number of SMALL stall spaces available approx. 1.5mx1.5m

  • Rack is included in price as above, all you need to do it wheel your suitcase in and set up your stall!

  • Stool will be provided for seating

• Printable signage for your stall and a Stallholder Information Document with tips for setting up your stall and selling on the day will be emailed to you with your ticket confirmation

• Indoor event 

• Convenient free parking

• Change rooms and toilets available onsite

• Under 18’s are allowed to have a stall but will need to be with a supervising parent or guardian 

• Example of common payment methods from shoppers include: PayID, Bank Transfer or Cash (Float of $50 recommended) 

• Tickets are non-refundable but you can transfer to another seller - contact us for further details

Timeline: 

• Please arrive from 6:30am for set up. Latest arrival 7:30am.

• Doors open 8am until 12pm

  • Please do not start packing up before 12pm

• 1pm pack up complete 

What can you sell: 

• Toowoomba’s Endless Edit is a fashion market where you can sell clothing (Women’s, Men’s and Children’s), shoes, accessories like belts, hats, jewellery and sunnies. They can be second hand, vintage or brand new with tags on. Just ensure they are clean and in good quality condition. 

• No food and drink. 

DETAILS - FOR THE SHOPPERS: 

Shoppers – on the day: 

• $2 entry (kids free) - accepting cash and eftpos 

• Indoor event

• Coffee Van onsite 

• Change rooms available

• Bring shopping bags for your purchases  

• Bring cash and phone / card (No ATM onsite)

• Heaps of parking (FREE on Sundays)

• No dogs allowed inside - service dogs only
