Isabella Crombie-Tait
Isabella brings an understanding of the practicalities of managing staff due to her experience in generalist Human Resources across multiple industries and HR projects. As a Workforce Coach, Isabella supports employers to better understand their obligations within the employment relationship and assist them to create positive and sustainable workplace practices.

Lachlan Hunter
Lachlan is the owner and operator of Beyond Pets, an independent pet store in Toowoomba. Passionate about business, animal welfare and community engagement, Lachlan is committed to providing honest advice, exceptional animal care and a welcoming environment for customers and staff. As a young business owner and employer, he takes pride in helping people develop their skills, build confidence and pursue fulfilling work.
Joshua Bamford
Joshua is an award-winning Human Resources practitioner and workforce strategist specialising in alternative recruitment pathways, workforce planning and solutions to regional ongoing labour shortages. As Human Resources Director of the M&H Ward Group, a multi-award-winning McDonald’s franchise employing more than 700 people across the Darling Downs Southwest Region, Joshua has developed workforce strategies that challenge traditional recruitment and retention models.
Claire Torkington
Claire is the CEO of Ability Enterprises, a successful not-for-profit social enterprise employing around 100 people in Toowoomba, Queensland. They hold contracts with local government and private businesses. Claire has worked in private and public organisations, and government across stakeholder engagement, asset management and organisational change.
