FAQs

• Why is my email address being collected?

Your email address is collected by Humanitix to manage your booking and send event-related information.

During booking, you may be asked to subscribe to the Flower Krown Road Collective mailing list. The collective is assisting TOPSX UK with this event and supports fan projects celebrating TOP’s solo career.

Joining the mailing list is entirely optional and is not required to attend the event.

• Why do I need to book in advance?

Entry to the T.O.P Birthday Cupsleeve Celebration is free, and we encourage everyone to book in advance to help us manage venue capacity and attendance.

Planet and Star birthday bundles must be purchased in advance through Humanitix. We will not be able to take payments for these bundles at the event.

Please note that cup sleeves, freebies and birthday bundles are limited and available while stocks last. Purchasing your bundle in advance is the best way to guarantee you receive your chosen items.

• Can I change my location?

If you need to change your booking between Bristol and Manchester, please contact the relevant event host as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, depending on availability, venue capacity and package numbers.

• What if I can no longer attend?

If you can no longer attend, refunds are available up to 1 day prior to the event.

After this time, we may not be able to offer refunds due to final event preparations, including venue arrangements and pre-prepared packages.

If you have any issues, please contact the event hosts and we will do our best to help.
