Event description

Friends for Good and the Torquay Community House are thrilled to invite the Torquay community and surrounding areas to join us in celebrating the 2024 Seniors Festival and Children's Week with a special event designed to bring people of all ages together.

This event is a wonderful opportunity for people of all ages to connect, share experiences, and create lasting memories. We’ve planned a morning filled with joy, laughter, and a variety of engaging activities. From creative crafts and lively singing to interactive kids' games, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

What to expect:

9:30 am - 10:15 am- Open play for all ages, arts and crafts activities, face painting.

10:15 am - 10: 45 am- Interactive Music and Movement session hosted by Hey Dee Ho.

10: 45 am - 11: 30 am- Shared morning tea.

We believe in the power of community and the importance of fostering intergenerational bonds. This event is not just about celebrating, but also about building stronger connections across generations. It’s a chance to learn from one another, share stories, and strengthen the ties that make our community so special.

This event is FREE but bookings are essential.

Please note that parent/caregiver supervision is required throughout the event. Friends for Good and the Torquay Community House are deeply committed to the safety, participation, and empowerment of all children and young people. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against abuse, exploitation, or harm, and we take all allegations and safety concerns very seriously.
