1. Vehicles Registration

   These tickets are available for owner/driver of a vehicle to enter the Torquay Rotary Motor Show in 2025. Only a Vehicle and Driver ticket is required for each vehicle (no discount if you wish to enter more than one vehicle, as it will be assumed that a driver will be allocated to each vehicle). While registering your vehicle you can purchase up to 3 DISCOUNTED General Public tickets for any passengers you will have with you. The vehicle may be entered into the competition on the day for awards on the day including Class Awards, Special Awards and the People's Choice of best vehicle of show. The people's choice is a NEW initiative and the winner will receive a Travel Voucher to value of $1,000 and the public who meet the criteria will go into a draw for a Travel Voucher to value of $1,000.

      Early Bird - Vehicle and Driver Admission ticket

      Early bird ticket for the owner/driver and the registration of your vehicle to be entered to the Motor Show. Limited number available and full price tickets ($25) will be available as soon as these are all sold or from 1 January 2025. You can apply for a full refund up to 30 days before the event and 50% refund up to 14 days prior to the event. Also if you include up to 3 Public Spectator Admission tickets for your passengers, you will receive an automatic discount ($2 per passenger) when you go to the checkout.

   2. Motor Club Registration - Club ONLY not vehicles ticket

      Please use this ticket to register your club or group (ONLY ONE PER CLUB/GROUP) This ticket does NOT allow entry for any vehicles - each driver does need to register their vehicle and pay the registration fee. Each driver should also indicate the club they are associated with, to enable us to connect them to your club. Club or Group may have space for a easy up Marquee (max 3x3m) - please check with parking staff. Also eligible for the Greg Plumridge Award - Best Club Team Display. We would like to have all Clubs Register their contact details with us please. Even if you have done so previously, this will record them into our new system and ensure they are up to date.

2. Spectator Admission

   These tickets are available for members of the public to enter the Torquay Rotary Motor Show in 2025. All attendees at the Motor Show will be eligible to participate in the voting for a "People's Choice" award for the owner of the most popular vehicle. Free to participate in this voting activity using your mobile phone. The people's choice is a NEW initiative and the winner will receive a Travel Voucher to value of $1,000 and the voting public who meet the criteria will go into a draw for a Travel Voucher to value of $1,000.

3. Vendors Application

   If you have an established vendor business you are invited to apply for a stand at the motor show subject to availability and compliance with the vendors terms and conditions.

      Vendors - Food or Non Food ticket

      Vendors Commercial activities within our event are carefully managed by the organisers to ensure a relaxed family atmosphere is always maintained. If you wish to register your interest in being selected please register and pay the registration fee. If for any reason your application is not accepted you will receive a full refund. Only 1 registration at a time is possible. If your application is accepted you will be notified of that, and a site number issued the week prior to the event.
