Vehicles Registration
These tickets are available for owner/driver of a vehicle to enter the Torquay Rotary Motor Show in 2025. Only a Vehicle and Driver ticket is required for each vehicle (no discount if you wish to enter more than one vehicle, as it will be assumed that a driver will be allocated to each vehicle). While registering your vehicle you can purchase up to 3 DISCOUNTED General Public tickets for any passengers you will have with you. The vehicle may be entered into the competition on the day for awards on the day including Class Awards, Special Awards and the People's Choice of best vehicle of show. The people's choice is a NEW initiative and the winner will receive a Travel Voucher to value of $1,000 and the public who meet the criteria will go into a draw for a Travel Voucher to value of $1,000.
Vehicle and Driver Admission (pre purchase) ticket
A ticket for the owner/driver and the registration of your vehicle to be entered to the Motor Show. Also if you include up to 3 Public Spectator Admission tickets for your passengers, you will receive an automatic discount ($2 per passenger) when you go to the checkout. You can apply for a full refund up to 30 days before the event (09 January 2026) and 50% refund up to 14 days prior to the event (25 January 2026). Please use your Dash Card (sent to you prior to the event) for entry or write your Dash Card Number on a large paper or cardboard (A4 size) - Drivers and Vehicles only. Ensure this is clearly visible for all volunteers working on the vehicle entry process.

All attendees at the Motor Show will be eligible to participate in the voting for a "People's Choice" award for the owner of the most popular vehicle. Free to participate in this voting activity using your mobile phone. The people's choice is a NEW initiative and the winner will receive a Travel Voucher to value of $1,000 and the voting public who meet the criteria will go into a draw for a Travel Voucher to value of $1,000.
Spectator Admission (online) ticket
A ticket for all spectators to enter the Motor Show from 9 am through to the finish or 3 pm. Use your Humanitix Ticket for entry and to obtain a wrist band to re enter the show, and as evidence to be eligible for the Peoples choice. You will be eligible to vote for the "People's Choice" award to be held during the event by scanning the QR code on the wrist band. The winning vehicle owner will receive a travel voucher worth $1,000. All spectators voting for the People's Choice award will also go into a FREE draw for a $1,000 Travel Voucher. This provides an exciting level of engagement for all spectators attending this exciting event in 2026. If you have an established vendor business you are invited to apply for a stand at the motor show subject to availability and compliance with the vendors terms and conditions.
Vendors - Food or Non Food ticket
Vendors Commercial activities within our event are carefully managed by the organisers to ensure a relaxed family atmosphere is always maintained. If you wish to register your interest in being selected please register and pay the registration fee. If for any reason your application is not accepted you will receive a full refund. Only 1 registration at a time is possible. If your application is accepted you will be notified of that, and a site number issued the week prior to the event. With the many changes made to the structure and introduction of new prizes, we anticipate the spectators may stay longer at the event.
