See & Seek, Total Embrace a yoga retreat in Zipolite (Oaxaca), Mexico
Description
Silence the noise. Soften into sanctuary.
Leave the chronic overstimulation of the modern world behind and step into profound physiological renewal. Perched along the raw Pacific coastline of Oaxaca, this gathering is an intentional sanctuary engineered to quiet your nervous system, dissolve survival mode, and restore your natural baseline.
This is not your ordinary immersion: it’s a transformative journey at the intersection of somatic movement, intentional digital detox, and communal co-regulation.
What to Expect
Bespoke Yoga*: all-levels practices led by Alex and Meg spanning their classic classes Align & Flow, Breathwork, Healing Collective, WeCircle, and Yin & Sound, crafted to release stored tension and harmonize body and mind. UPDATE: soundbaths by Allison Bagg
Coastal Sanctuary Exploration: Self-guided excursions to experience the diverse energies of the Oaxacan shoreline, from the raw, private isolation of Playa Camarón to the riviera atmosphere of Playa del Destino and the free-spirited vibrancy of Playa del Amor.
Sensory & Cultural Immersions: Curated excursions celebrating local spirit, including an artisanal agave and cacao tastings, and a private performance by local cirque collective Mermejita.
The Art of Doing Nothing: A conscious five-day digital detox inviting you to hand in your phone (optional), step away from notifications, and trade screen fatigue for deep restorative sleep, grounded presence, and genuine mental relief.
The Experience
As the Pacific swell rolls against the cliffs of Zipolite, we gather to lean into the biological medicine of shared stillness. Through grounding chakra meditation by the ocean, untethered afternoons resting on sun-drenched beaches, and quiet evenings anchoring in community, you will find the space to release accumulated static and settle your physiology.
Unplug from the noise, ground into the present, and return home fundamentally recalibrated 🏖

Her background in Metta and Transcendental Meditation brings deep calm and nervous system regulation to every retreat session.
