Tour of Alcoa's Facilities - Skill Up Program 2026

As part of the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale's Skill Up Program, the Youth team is excited to offer this FREE tour of Alcoa's facilities in Pinjarra!

Alcoa is among the world’s lowest CO2 emitting alumina producers and our Australian business was the first mining company to receive recognition from the United Nations for rehabilitation excellence.

This tour of Alcoa operations will help you discover the diverse career opportunities available in mining, science, engineering, environmental management, technology, trades, and business. You will be able to see how Alcoa operates on a day-to-day basis and see how we operate, including how we refine bauxite to alumina which is a key pillar of our operations. Explore our approach to rehabilitation and sustainability and hear about the many pathways that can lead to a rewarding career in the resources industry.
