Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel sits on Brisbane Road, close to the beach and the heart of Mooloolaba’s dining and shopping strip.

Designed by Cottee Parker with interiors by Studio Raso that draw on warm timber, travertine stone and tactile textiles, grounding the building in the natural tones of the region.

The hotel will soon open First Ave Cellar + Bar, its newest addition to the dining and drinks offering, designed to complement the hotel’s broader hospitality strategy and give guests and locals another reason to spend time on site.
