Parliament House Visit
Join us for a community outing to Parliament House on Thursday 12 November.
The group will meet at Magill Community Centre at 11:30am and travel together on the H20 bus into the city, accompanied by a staff member. After arriving at Currie Street, the group will walk approximately two blocks to Parliament House, arriving by 12:45 pm for a 1:00 pm start.
The visit will include a short tour of Parliament House, followed by afternoon tea and the opportunity to attend Question Time in the public gallery.
Important information:
Participants must be residents of Morialta or Hartley.
Participants need to be able to travel by public bus and walk approximately two blocks from Currie Street to Parliament House.
Public bus travel is free for eligible Seniors Card holders.
If you do not have a Seniors Card, we can provide assistance with applying for one.
A staff member will accompany the group throughout the journey to Parliament House.
Participants can stay for Question Time or return independently by bus.
Registrations are essential and must be received by 5 November.
Please meet at Magill Community Centre at 11:30am, ready to travel into the city as a group.
