    As part of the Goulburn Region Tourism Partnership Industry Program, join Despina from the Institute of Excellence for a webinar on a deep dive of the importance on reviews.

    Customer Review Excellence is part of her three part series led by Despina who will be hosting the Goulburn’s Gateway to Growth Through the Spirit of Smart Collaborations, component of our industry program.

    Reviews and online reputation is one of the upmost important criteria for potential customers to make a final decision on where to go. You will learn how to embrace feedback and what strategies and actions you need to take to respond to all forms of feedback in the social domain. The webinar will help tourism business to create excellent customer experiences from the initial holiday research to post holiday feedback.

    Despina has over 20 years’ experience in business and digital marketing and will provide practical outcomes for attendees to implement in their business and create customer review excellence.
