Tours of Historic 'Woodlands' - The Birthplace of 'Seven Little Australians'
Event description
As a part of the Heritage Festival, The Friends of Ethel Turner will host boutique tours of historic 'Woodlands' Killara on Sunday 18th May.
The theme for this year's festival is 'Unearthed', and we’ll be sharing insights into the life of Ethel Turner and her classic novel 'Seven Little Australians'.
So, please join us as we return to the late 19th-century rural North Shore. All tours end with a cuppa and treat as you listen to a dramatic reading from Seven Little Australians.
Tours are 1 hour in duration.
Tours run every hour from 10 am to 3 pm.
