This session will provide training on managing design and building work in the NSW Planning Portal.

The session will cover:

• Introduction to the ‘My developments’ page
• Create and manage the building work case
• Uploading regulated designs
• Submitting the Building Work Commencement form
• Nominating practitioners
• Submitting the Intention to Seek OC and the Occupation Certificate application
• Completing post OC as-built variations declarations.
