JOIN US AT THE FARM TO LEARN TRADITIONAL TECHNIQUES OF FOOD
HARVERSTING & PREPERATION TAUGHT BY OUR FRIENDS FROM VANUATU
The Regenerative Stewardship Collective and Regenerative Vanua
are hosting Ni Vanuatu Farmers in a regenerative knowledge
exchange at The Farm in Byron Bay.
As part of this exchange we will be hosting a Traditional Vanuatu
Food Systems Experience in the Pacific inspired agroforestry plot on
The Farm in Byron Bay managed by Growing Roots Permaculture as
part of their Living Agroecology training.
• Learn how to prepare climate resilient high nutritional food sourced from
agroforestry systems
• Experience and immerse yourself in Vanuatu culture
• Experience Noble Kava from Vanuatu provided by Kava Vanua
• Profits from the cooking classes and sale of food go towards the Not for
Profit Organisation Regenerative Vanua to support their Regenerative
programs
• Classes must be pre booked and paid in full as numbers are limited
What: Traditional Vanuatu Cuisine Cooking Class
When: Friday 7th & 21st 2pm - 6pm,
Kava served from 5pm and dinner from 6pm for those that
can't make the cooking class
Where: The Farm, Byron Bay
Cost: $60 per person, Includes meal (Kava sold separately)
