Trail Ride - Avachat Wickham Timber Reserve - Oct 2026

Venue: Wickham Timber Reserve

Time: Sign On – 8:30am - Ride Out - 9.00am

Duration:  3 hrs, Moderate half day ride. 

Food:  BYO Morning Tea, lunch & human drinking water for morning tea on the trail, lunch back at the floats.

Bring Own: Halter & Lead Rope to tie up on the trail.

Terrain: There is a fair bit of shade. It can be rocky in parts so boots or shoes are recommended. 

Parking:  Good Parking. Pineview Road Logan Village. Please do not park in cul-de-sac as this prevents other floats from turning around and remove own horse manure at the end of the ride.

Ribbons: Green- New, nervous or unsure horses

                   Red - Kickers, or may kick

Ride Fees:  LEQHC ATHRA Members - No Charge, Athra Affiliated Members - $5.00, Day Members $5.00

(All prices are plus Humanitix ticket fees)

This ride is an ATHRA club members ride only.

ALL ATTENDEES MUST BOOK VIA Humanitix (No book, no ride)

ATHRA recommends the following;

∙  Riders under 18 must wear an approved helmet

∙  It is recommended that riders wear full length trousers and sleeved shirts.  Suitable smooth soled riding footwear

∙  Saddlebag for food / water

∙  No dogs on ride
