TrailerFit : Sunset Series is here for the remainder of summer!
Every Thursday from 6pm we will be running an hour long sunset class at our favourite beach side spot, Riva.
These sessions are limited to 15 spots, make sure to grab your spot fast as these intimate sessions will sell out!
What is it? Be coached in a small class, outdoor environment hitting a traditional strength and conditioning session.
How much does it cost? $20pp for a 1hour structured workout
We will see you on the turf for the ultimate sunset workout!
