Are you 10-14 years old and ready to join us for our Train Like a Firebird 10 Week Core Program at Downey Park. This will be the best way to kick start your 2025 Netball Season.

• For netballers aged 10-14 years.
• 10-week training program led by a current Queensland Firebirds player.
• Experience professional techniques, drills, and insights used by top-tier athletes.
• An opportunity to cultivate the Firebirds spirit within.
• Weekly one-hour sessions commence the week starting Monday 21st April 2025.
• Held at Downey Park on Wednesday Night
