Training #7 Rainbow Community Angels

Rainbow Community Angels Training

This training session is for LGBTIQA+ people and allies who live in and around Wangaratta.

Saturday 21 October 2023

11am to 2pm in Wangaratta - venue to be confirmed closer to the date. 

During training you will:

• hear more about the Rainbow Community Angel , our aims, why we started, and what the far right extremists are up to.
• explore non-violent civil disobedience and direct action and discuss what this looks like at our Angels mobilisations.
• learn physical tactics for holding the line when shielding and protecting LGBTIQA+ events including performers, workers and attendees.
• meet new friends :)

Please register so we know who to expect on the day. 

If you are under the age of 16 we recommend that you undertake the Rainbow Community Angels training with a parent or adult friend to ensure you are also able to attend RCA activities.
