Courage to Change (US DHHS SAMHSA) Level 1 is PEER WORKFORCE CAREER TRAINING (2 days) for Service Members, Veterans, and their Families.
US Department of Health and Human Services (SAMHSA) Accredited Peer Workforce Career Training Program
Courage to Change Level I.
2 Days (900-1600): 16 Hours Credit - Free Training only to Service Members, Veterans, and their Families. (Otherwise, training is $275.00 per person.)
Level I: 16-hour (2 days) workshop teaching Whole Health Management
Topics to Include:
- Omega Support Care for Awareness & Resiliency
- My Wellness Toolbox
- Daily Maintenance Plan
- Cognitive Distortions
- Dreams & Goals (Bucket List)
- Trauma Triggers Action Plan
- Early Warning Signs
- When Things Are Breaking Down
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
To register (apply) for this training, please complete the following:

2) Barbara will contact you and email you the Course Application that must be completed to proceed to the last step.
3 ) After receiving your completed application, Sharon or Dawn will contact you to set up a short get-to-know-you phone interview.
If the application and interview are not complete, you will not be able to attend this training.
