TRAINING RUNS MARCH 23, 25 AND 26 (SKIPPING TUESDAY, MARCH 24)

"ReBOOT" is a US DHHS SAMHSA-influenced 24-hour (3 days) training. Level I uses Self-Reflection and Recovery Motivation to assist peers with whole health management, substance use assessment, and education recovery with a 'how to' approach for all substances.

• My Wellness Toolbox

• Daily Maintenance Plan

• Cognitive Distortions

• Dreams & Goals (Bucket List)

• Trauma Triggers Action Plan

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1.      Prerequisite:  ReBOOT Level 1 must be completed before registering for Level 2.
