ReBOOT: Substance Use Disorder Recovery, Level 2, Facilitator, Accredited Peer Workforce Career Training

3 Days: 24 Hours Credit (930-1530)

TRAINING SCHEDULED FOR OCTOBER 20, 22 AND 23 (SKIPPING TUESDAY OCTOBER 21). TUESDAY WILL BE USED FOR ADDITIONAL TASKS.

Free training for Service Members, Veterans and their Families. Otherwise the cost is $500 per person.

"ReBOOT" is a US DHHS SAMHSA-influenced 24-hour (3 days) training. Level I uses Self-Reflection and Recovery Motivation to assist peers with whole health management, substance use assessment, and education recovery with a 'how to' approach for all substances.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Prerequisite: ReBOOT Level 1 must be completed before registering for Level 2.

2. Register for this training on Humanitix.

3. You will be contacted, via email, and sent an application form. Return the completed form to barbara@bi-vph.org

4. After receiving your completed application, you will be contacted to schedule an interview.

5. If the application and interview are not completed, you will not be able to attend this training or move forward.
