Training: Using 311 for Advocacy
Event description
Training: Using 311 for Advocacy
Wednesday, August 6 at 6pm
3000 Bridge Ave, Cleveland or online
Join Bike Cleveland and the City of Cleveland’s 311 team for a hands-on training to learn how to effectively report common street issues like potholes, debris in a bike lane, issues on city trails, and more using the City’s 311 tool. You’ll gain insight into how service requests are received, reviewed, and processed, and learn tips to make your reports more effective.
When residents know how to use 311, we can collectively identify problems and push for the changes we need. Whether you bike, walk, roll, or drive, this training will empower you to take action and advocate for better streets in your neighborhood.
This is a hybrid training and can be attended online or in-person. Limited capacity for in-person tickets.
