Join me for a rejuvenating Pranayama, meditation, and yoga class to ease into your week with calm and clarity. We'll start with mindful breathing, flow into yoga asana, and finish with restorative poses to quiet your mind and open your heart for reflection and intention-setting.
This week we’ll have a taster of transformative breathwork journey a short beginner active breathwork practice, to allow you to experience the power of deep healing breathwork and what you may receive from a longer group session or a 1:1 with me 🤍
Stay for an extended shavasana to embrace stillness and silence! A sea dip and coffee afterward are optional.
