This full-day (5-hour) event will be an incredibly powerful experience to help you break through fear, learn how to choose Love/Courage and anchor yourself deeply in the present moment ✨
We will connect deeply with Sacred Cacao as well as some other Sacred medicines in a profound and beautiful way.
We’ll do some Breathwork, Meditate together, experience some beautiful sound/energy healing (Shamanic drumming and Didgeridoo), connect with my Sacred Permaculture healing garden, enter the cold plunge (if you wish), listen to music, and have empowering chats by the fire 🔥
